The mental and physical benefits of yoga have become widespread and well known as more and more people turn to this ancient practice to find a little bit of stillness in their overwhelming and busy 21st century lives. 

Because we know you're busy, we've asked our friend Sam of Priti Yogi to create a three part yoga mini series to help you kick off a regular practice.

First time doing yoga? No sweat! This practice is beginner friendly, plus we've put together our top tips for yogi newbs here.
